Injury Recovery and Functional Training

Injury Recovery:  Surgery prevention, surgery recovery or simple injury prevention and recovery are very important.  Ed's history in physical therapy allows him to guide you to a stronger body.  Through targeted strength training and very specific stretching Ed can help you enjoy a more active lifestyle while minimizing the fear of causing an injury, or aggravating an existing injury.

Functional training:  As we age we inherently grow weaker.  This can be combated with functional training, which is a style of training that involves everyday movement.  Functional training is recommended for the mature adult.

Public Speaking

Do you have a group of people that would benefit from learning the basics of fitness and healthy living?  Ed has been providing public seminars for 20 years and is known for making a complex subject easy to understand.  His goal is to help people become happier and enjoy a more meaningful life by removing some of the common obstacles that come from lack of proper exercise.
