Customized program:  Designed for the self-starter that simply needs the direction on how to reach their goals.  Programs range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on your goal.

One on One training:  Received the best results with one-on-one training.  With over 30 years of experience, Ed assesses each client to determine strengths and weaknesses.  He then develops a plan that most effectively targets the weaknesses, while building the strengths.  This is the most fail safe approach.
